Emma sends messages and audio to xAI to provide replies. We do not save Emma conversation histories in a website database or browser storage. Messages stay in the current tab while you use the assistant and are cleared when you reload the page or clear the chat. xAI processes this information under its own privacy policy.

When you visit our website, we may automatically collect certain information about your device, including browser type, IP address, and pages visited. This helps us improve our website and services.

Some calls and messages may be placed or assisted by Emma, our AI assistant; AI-assisted calls are identified as such at the start of the call.

• Message frequency varies based on your activity and requests.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help. You can also ask us to stop calling or texting you by using any of the contact methods below.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding vendors and service providers acting on our behalf (such as our messaging platform provider) solely to deliver the messages you have consented to receive.
