The Amberline demonstration
See the work running, in a city we invented.
Amberline, Texas does not exist. We built it so that you can look at real systems without looking at anyone's real records.

What a resident sees.
The city website is public. Open it, search it, submit a request, and pay a sample bill. Nothing you enter leaves your browser.
- 763 pages
- Departments, services, news, meetings, parks, jobs, and a neighborhood map.
- 13 request forms
- Review-and-confirm requests and two payment demonstrations, all simulated in the browser.
- English and Spanish
- Spanish service pages with a language switch.
- Full-site search
- Across pages, tables, questions, records, and documents.

We build municipal websites like this one for real cities. See the municipal websites service.

Behind the website, Amberline has the systems a city runs on. They hold synthetic data only, and they sit behind staff sign-in exactly as they would in a real city, so we show them in a guided walkthrough.

Utility Billing Audit Dashboard
Billing, ledger, and meter reconciliation for water, sewer, trash, and drainage, with account-level review queues for staff.
See the dashboardCitywide telephone performance
Every call measured by one question: did the caller reach a live person? Five pages cover current results, today's operations, queue performance, trends, and a callback queue for each department.
Shown in a walkthroughDashboard hub
One doorway to the staff dashboards. Staff sign in once with a password and an authenticator code, and see only the applications they have been granted.
Shown in a walkthroughC.U.R.E. Utilities
A populated Amberline utility inside the application: water, wastewater, stormwater, and rates, with a complete billing audit from evidence to measured result.

Why a fictional city.
Public-sector work involves resident accounts, staff names, and financial records that should never appear in a sales conversation. Amberline lets us show the full depth of a system with none of that at risk.
Every Amberline figure is invented. None of it is a result we achieved for a client, and we label it wherever it appears. Results from real municipal work are on the case studies page, each with its definition and period.
